Get help from inside the app
On the mobile app, tap Profile then Help. On the admin dashboard, click your avatar in the top-right corner and choose Support. You can also reach the same email address from either place.
Common questions
I forgot my password
Tap "Forgot password" on the login screen and follow the instructions sent to the phone number registered to your account. If the message does not arrive within a few minutes, check that the number on file is correct and try once more before contacting us.
I can't see my voter card
Your voter card only appears once a campaign administrator has linked your voter record to your account. Please contact the campaign you registered with first; if they confirm the link is in place and the card still does not show up, email us with your phone number and the campaign name and we will investigate.
The app crashed or froze
Force-quit the app and reopen it. If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the latest version from the App Store or Google Play, then email us with your device model, operating system version, and a short description of what you were doing when the crash happened.
I need to switch campaigns or candidates
Open the app menu and choose "Switch account", then pick the candidate or campaign you have been invited to. If the campaign you expect is not listed, ask that campaign's administrator to confirm they sent you an invitation link to the phone number registered to your account.
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile, then Account, then Delete account. After a 30-day grace window your personal data is permanently removed. If you would like immediate deletion, email us from the address or phone number on the account and we will process the request manually.
